My wish... My Country

I am not sure what to say to a child who wants to do something for his country in support to what our Annaji has with him for the welfare of the nation because he is too young to understand the actual issue for which many have stood up as one. We understand what is right and what is wrong, though many grown ups are still not supporting him. People of all age who were able to gather at the place where Annaji is fasting are there and who are not able to reach that place are supporting him in their own way and so considering the effort of a small child who is there in disguise of Hanuman, and many more like this, as a small effort is not fare. Every such feeling towards the big movement should be considered equal. Today being a weekend, many movies are coming on the entertainment channels but everyone is interested in listening to news related to our great Annaji. This shows a good sign that people are at least aware of what is going on, who were not interested in the same things when it was discussed on a very small scale. The same thing when being discussed and addressed in huge scale, has become the center of attraction for everyone. People now think that something will definitely happen, and hopefully for something good.
Somewhere I think that was it necessary for a person who is now 75 years of age to take such a big step towards something that is actually polluting the whole country and has grown up so fast that even the power of education seems lesser than the power of corruption. May be he has been the person most affected by it but it is not necessary that one should wait for the same to happen to him as well and then he would raise his voice against this evil. Many hands have raised up with him during his fast while rest are still in dilemma whether he is right or not. Out of them, a few are even planning to make their own benefit out of it.
The problem here is the people, who will be punished once this bill is passed, they individually think that their future is going be in dark. I think that they are not able to make out the clear picture of India once it will be free from corruption and that is the reason why they have a fear in them. This fear is not letting them to accept that they are wrong. So, they are trying to weaken this movement.
We all agree that whatever we do wrong in our lives, we have to face the results in our lives and most probably in the same birth. When no one is watching them do something wrong, God is watching. They pray to God and say to have believe in the almighty but they do not think that they will be punished one day or the other for the sins that they have committed or might be they think like that but they do not want to change it. My question is when they know all this, then why they not add something good in the country which produces bread which they and their family eat, which has given them right to call them-selves a citizen of a country that has a glorious past and may have a glorious future as well if things go right.
Country, at present, does not need a group or "me" and "me" living well but a united "us" to live well. It needs  to maintain the respect of rules and regulations that are mentioned in our constitution and adding in it various bills that are for the welfare of it's every citizen along with thorough revision from time to time. It needs its youth to understand that they are constitute a big portion of power of the nation because they will be the future of it, Media to take responsibility to present the movement in the desired way and not to focus on other irrelevant events or news when such a bit movement is going on, and corporate world to support such movements.

I wish the movement should go on until corruption is not totally removed from our country. My best wishes are with the team and their great idea of removing this evil from all parts of our nation.

When Masters go wrong...

To be very frank once more, I never decided all "whats" of my life but I always worked on all "hows" of them. Any good or bad situation in our life may or may not decide the upcoming "what" for us but its always upto us to decide the "how" for it. The society seems to be concentrated only on the results of anything we do and not how it is done. It is always expected that things are done as and how they are taught to be but that's not the fact always. There are people who do it in their own way. This decision of making things happen in  their own way makes the action new and unique which in turn gives rise to a new thought. Such new thoughts can introduce various changes in the society we live in.

There are in-numerable examples before us if we see. Mahatma Gandhi started Dandi March which was against English rule and was a unique decision taken by him. No one else under those circumstances would have taken such a step. We have a recent example of Anna Hazare who is firm on his motive for what he has decided. Its not like there are no revolutionaries in India at present. Yes there are but this idea came to him only. My motive of writing this is not to give more examples like this or to say that one should always take such unexpected steps always. An unexpected step taken by anyone, with good intention and for something good, is always appreciated but thinking that everytime we have to take equally unexpected step can mislead us and our motive.

We live in a world where we all have our bosses. Right from a peon to a manager, everyone has their boss. We are directed by them for anything that we have to work upon. We consider that our Boss is always right and this is the most common attitude in most of us. But if we look on it closely, it is not correct always. Afterall he is also human and humans have tendency of making mistakes but we consider the ideal condition that he makes no mistakes. This is wrong. I believe its everyone's responsibility to raise a point whenever our boss commits a mistake. Under no circumstances a wrong decision should be taken by boss when he is working with people who know the importance of a decision and the results of a wrong decision. I cant believe that every Boss wants a chorus of "Yes Sir" everytime he says something or takes a decision.

Even the decisions related to any particular employee should not be blindly followed without knowing the each and every aspect of it. It may be possible that the expected result behind any decision is told to us but the way of doing it lies with us only. One can do a job in the trained way only whereas someone else can do it with more interest and showing his own dedication with his or her own unique ways of doing it. In case of a work being done in trained way, the expected results can come to us but will not have any chance of any improvement in it. Whereas, if the same job is done in a unique way that differs from person to person, it can bring unexpected results. If we see, there will be lesser chances of failure in it because the person doing it knows that its new and he is responsible of whatever happens after this so he will not ignore any areas of improvement in it. This will make his efforts more accurate and result oriented.

If I am to define what Master is, I would say that a master is someone who believes more in his theories than the people who work for him. But on the other hand he believes in the people for whom he works, more than his own theories. This is because theories have a well planned way of handling every possible situations that may come in their life. They think to have a perfect and well written responses for any situation or problem that arises in their professional life and so that have to think less. What I believe is, theories should only be applied in times of need only. 24*7 implementation of theories will lead to dis-satisfaction amongst everyone. Theories are always written based on different scenarios that have taken place in past and are written to take a decision under a given set of situations. But the situations cannot be the same everytime. So somewhere or the other, the theories fail to explain the situation and thus fail to provide a solution to it. In my views, a theory should only be referred, not always applied.

In recent times, I have seen much dis-satisfaction amongst people saying that their efforts have not been well appraised in terms of salary. This feels very bad when it happens to us. We sometimes try to depreciate our performance but I am strictly against any such act. The reason is, by deprecating our performance, we are actually spoiling ourselves which will not heel us but will make us someone which we never wanted to be. I believe one should continue  to work in his own way and try to discover more ways of doing things in his or her own way. Try finding the tasks where you did not apply something special from your side. Try to take the training as a theory and consider it as an option and do something your way. That will give you more confidence in yourself and you will realise that the mis-happening has actually improved you.
